The exhibitor fee is lower for all exhibitors compared to last year: 4000 NOK for 1 participant (compared to 5,400 NOK last year). Multiple additional persons is a 700 NOK daily fee per participant per day. Lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and tapas on Tuesday (at 16:00) is included in the price.
Invoices will be issued the same week as the conference takes place.

Information about the exhibition space:
Basic stand with width 1,75 m.
There will be power sockets, extention cables and wi-fi-connection available.
Furniture: One table per stand + one chair per registered participant.
Please note that there will be no possibility to send exhibition materials in advance. Please bring with you only what you can carry, or alternatively arrange your own storage and transport of materials to the venue. CRIStin and the hosting venue will not be able to store exhibition materials either before or after the event.
Set up time will be on Tuesday the 7th of June between 07:00 and 09:00. Take down will be on Wednesday the 8th of June between 15:00 and 16:00.
Workshop rooms wil be equipped with big screen, projector and internet connectivity.
